EGI & Eng Cont

Just wondering what EGI stands for, and also I found my smaller ENG CONT fuse was blown, could this cause strange idling?

yeah those two can cause big problems. im supprise its starting. i blew both of mine before. i forgot what they were for but if you search it you will find it. is it the big eng cont or the small one?

It doesn't start.. I can't even get it to turn over. None of my electronics that should work while my car is in the ON position will either aka: Auto belts, radio, fuel pump, etc.

It was the little one that blew, but I don't know how to check relays to see if the EGI one is fine. I'm wondering what it does because a few weeks ago after turning off my car it started buzzing.. And didn't stop untill I disconnected it, but it was fine after that..

i just went to a junkyard and replaced both relays and 3 fuses and it fixed it. make sure there arent any fuses blown by the drivers side kick panel. that electro one might be blown too.
and if worse comes to worse, open your ecu and look for any burn spots. good luck
