I don't have any personal experience, or know anyone that runs them, but I can assure you that they are GARBAGE.

Get off of eBay and get something that doesn't suck. Koni/GC, Stance, and KTS are good options to start with.

My buddy has a set on his coupe and they ride pretty nice for the price.
My homie Nate Hamilton has them on his drift car this season too and he doesn't have a problem with them either.
