splash shields? like fender liners or the plastic piece that goes under the nose of the car? You dont need either of those im not running any and havent had any problems.

Where do you think you'd find them, WalMart? How about McDonalds?

It's an OE piece, either find used ones at a junkyard or buy new at the dealer. There is no other option unless you've found a way to make them yourself.

ive moved the location of my bov multiple times, cut it off weld a cap on the hole and weld it on in a new spot not really that difficult.

also my bov is located bottom of hotpipe before the intercooler i dont have a front bumper on at the moment or fender liners i have no problems

What fun would that be?

It's called common sense, something you seem to lack. If you needed a tire, would you buy it at Kentucky Fried Chicken, or a tire store?

if you didn't know of a tire store near you would you ask someone that knew?
