I had a similar problem, check your MAF, your couplers and your vaccum lines. Make you don't have a leak any where. Try spraying electrical cleaner on the diode on the MAF to see if that clears up the problem.

Does it happen in the 2000-2500 RPM range? I have a bogging issue too but I think its from a vented BOV. If I get on the throttle a lot in the low RPMs and have like 1-2psi of boost it won't ever bog. But if I am casually driving around town in vaccuum it will randomly bog - it feels like a weak misfire but its moreso like a hesitation. I have yet to figure it out but I really think my issue is a vented BOV.
What do you have done to the SR?

Could the gap on the spark plugs cause this?

renegade ewok... yeah something like that or also when im at a stop and start going and sometimes right when i am about to get boost. I only have a FMIC light weight flywheel and clutch running stock boost, nothing special....
