I want to send off my stock SR manifold for extrude honing.

If anyone isn't familiar with the process they basically pump a viscous abrasive material through whatever it is that they will hone. http://gethoned.com/process.html

A 4 cylinder manifold is $450.00. W/ group buy it will be about $380.00. I already have a couple people interested.

They do 10% and 20% discounts.
10% requires a group of 4 similar parts
20% requires a group of 10 parts. Flexible on similarity.
Shipping to PA will cost about $15.

People have done this in the past and picked up a substantial amount of power. For me this is a much better option to going with anything less than a Full Race manifold. I didn't want to spend $ on another tubular manifold that was only 302 stainless. You get to keep your OEM fitment, strength of cast iron, and remember the OEM manifold is divided!

Because of the small amount of surface area we can guess about $140. Since we have no way of knowing right away we will send a partial refund if its under 140. I highly doubt it though. Well im not 100% sure how much until we get those done. The company just charges us so its hard to price without it being done. A group buy would work, id guess we can do $25 off each order from normal but im not sure what normal is yet. Send those items here and we can get this rolling. Ill send you a partial refund once we get things squared.

CodyAce has his stock manifold and 2871r .64 turbine housing extrude honed, and made 400rwhp (with cams, etc). It definitely improves flow, and the reliability of the stock manifold can't be matched. Not a bad way to go ~

i just got this done to my intake mani, but i never really thought about my turbo mani yet... sounds like a good idea.. i cant wait to get this damn megan one off... its either hone my oem one, or get a neukin...

Yeah, I pretty much have all the stuff I need for my turbo upgrade. I'm trying to get a bunch of cooling mods done first though. But I'm ready to do my manifold as soon as we get enough people.

Thats 7/8 people. We need a couple more to reach 20% discount. I need to turn these maybe's into DEFINITELY!!! One person backs out and we drop to 10%.
