If it was me....
since you've already got new shocks and springs unless you need/want adjustability I'd get some nice light weight wheels and sticky tires, fix that small stuff, and then buy a complete bushing replacement set and re-fit your whole suspension, maybe some strut tower braces to complement that power brace (I just got a set from these guys: https://driftingperformance.com ...quality stuff)
There is other stuff you could do depending on what you have/don't have
If you're not 5-lug you could do a swap (perfect time since you're doing the wheels already), if you don't have a LSD you could upgrade that... a 1 piece drive shaft will strengthen your drive train, reduce weight, and reduce drive train losses, a good pre-motor upgrade option (provided you're moving to a motor that needs the same length shaft).
It's your money man... do whatever will make you happy... what I wrote there ^ that's just what I'd do if it were me... but you're not me :D

I run KYB or what ever that 8 way adjustable is, with RSR springs on my S13.
And I dont need coilovers. So if you think your good on that for a bit. Get some decent rims. WORK VS?? :)
take a bit of that money and do a little auto cross and track too. after about 5 events. your car answers what you need next. You will feel the next upgrade you need.
Plus if you get some nice WORK VS rims, you will look and feel really baller!

rims and aero.
may look like ass depending on how low your springs have put you.
but 5k is plenty for some nice rims and body kit.
but if you're anything like me, you dont care about aero and would drop an rb25 in or build up your ka-t. your suspension/brakes seem to be sufficient

Id say the most expensive thing first, That way once thats done everything else is cheaper and seems more acheivable.
If your planning on going SR I'd do that first while you have the money to do so.
Its easier to save up for $1,200 coils than $2,500-3,000
But thats just me.

I rolled a 400+whp 240 on stock suspenion, stock rims and tires, and open diff. It was alot of fun, but I would never do it again. However, i did it that way cause I had a blown motor and car and new suspension when I bought it.
A stock KA can be lots of fun.
I would start off, get rid of shitty exhaust, fix whats broken, then get some nice coilovers, and adjustable bars(RUCA and tension rods), then a good alignment.
I would also work on upgrading your coolant system(Koyo and E-Fans), then get some gauges.
If you are trying to not spend lots of money, start watching for some used rims and buy some good tires for them.
Then save up for a good KA-T Setup!

I'm having my own dilemma as far as how I want to approach my car. I've only really been driving the thing for about 8 months (winter was very interesting). I have the same suspension that you have and, personally, I think it will be one of the last performance items that is upgraded. Now, if you are going to take the car to the track, maybe an adjustable suspension should be up on your list.
As for wheels, I bought a set of Falken Hanabi's from a friend for a few reasons: 1. They are pretty light-weight 2. they were cheap 3. The roads in PA are a bit shitty because of the salt in the winter. Since you live in Jersey you know what I am talking about (i hate Jersey roads...) Keep this in mind with expensive daily-driven wheels. It's an easier pill to swallow, for me, to destroy a $130 wheel if a nasty 4ftx4ftx2ft pot-hole pops up out of nowhere. I'm not saying get these wheels so much as you should ask yourself how much will you cry when you screw up a $500 wheel lol.
I would say that whatever you do, no matter what you spend, do it the most safe and reliable way. Don't do anything half-assed. And we should ALL remember that the most important thing is to enjoy our cars as much as legally possible and not give a crap about some creep online who gives you unsound advice! :2f2f:

Def. go for coilovers... and wheels. with offset. stance are pretty nice. could cost u around $1500. which leaves u some good money for rims with good fitment. which u can find here. most likely.. and then yea go ka-t or w.e... gl w we. ur gonna do.

Deferred maintainance. Then coils. Then wheels.
How much you wanna bet your steering rack bellows are open, or your motor/tranny mounts are toast. Thats just the beginning!

I'd go with this:
1. All of suspension, coils, ALL OF YOUR BUSHINGS, control arms, so you can have the perfect suspension setting you want
2. wheels
3. BODY/paint
4.motor swap/turbo
Here's my reasoning for that.
Once you have your perfect set up suspension and wheels you plan on usingj, you can take your car to track events, grip or drift, and learn how to control your car and take it to its limits so when you get a stronger motor, you know exactly how to handle more power, you'll be a much better driver and have alot less risk of crashing your car and ruining all your work put into it. and then body/paint/minor stuff, so when you finally upgrade your motor, you wont have anything else to wory about but finding a perfect setup for your motor of choice. hope it helps

You did not specify - and then no one really asked, except for like one person - what your goals are for your car. Everyone's throwing out "COILOVERS!" "WHEELS!!" and other personally-biased suggestions, but no one knows what the hell you really want.
Suspension
Are you just going to DD the car? Stick with your springs/shocks. You'll have decent handling, you won't hurt your kidneys, and you'll save money. Replace all your old worn-out bushings with fresh pieces to firm everything up and make the car feel tighter.
Are you trying to slam it to the ground? Get some Stance/KSport/Megan/Godspeed/insertnameofcheapcoilovershere and call it a day. Most of these ~$1000 or less coilover systems (and a lot of the more expensive JDM brands) are good for slamming the car, maybe drifting it, and that's it.
Are you planning to track the car, and do you want it to genuinely handle well? Spend a little more than the afore-mentioned coilovers and go with a custom Koni/GC setup. It'll be a little more than $1000 and your car won't be slammed to the ground, but you'll have genuine quality stuff that's been tried and proven, time and again.
As far as the rest of it, I'd spend money on making sure the car is cleaned up first. Fix anything wrong with it, replace old parts, etc. Make sure it runs right, drives right, looks nice, feels nice...make sure you can walk up to it and get in and not think "man, this thing is a piece of shit." Then start thinking about engine swaps/turbo kits, aero kits, expensive wheels, etc.
I finally have my car running right, now I have to work on cosmetics so I can actually be proud of it. It's hard to be proud of a cleanly swapped and decently quick SR convertible...with Gorilla Tape on the top, rust below the driver's door, and peeling paint. :(
