I had the Altima E-fan setup on my S14 w/ S13 sr for a while now. Now I would like to change the fan controller to the Dif unit. Bought a used one here and ran into some problems.
On the old setup, I have the stick on the radiator type controller. I took it off, and found out that the guy that did my swap ran it to the stock wires and relays. The old fan controller triggers the high fan relay, and then it powers both of the Altima E-fans.
I am thinking about using the stock low and hight relays for my dif fan controller, as I read the dif fan controller may not have enough power for Altima fan.
I have both the positive and negative connected to the battery directly, and the positive have the 30amp fuse on it.
Question 1
Upon reading the guide from Frsport, which is positive and negative on the grey and white wire? I could not think it out after reading the guide for like the 10th time.
Question 2
I am thinking about running both of the fans on high when it reachs 190F. Is it ok to just run 1 fan output on the fan controller? Or it is going to overpower the controller?
