i need help my trans...i have a ka24de with a ka24e trans...when it warms up sometimes i throw it in first stop on the clutch while im waiting for the light to turn green and all of sudden makes a weird noise like a grind and i have to throw it back in neutral and let go of the clutch then it goes away...some people say its the throw out bearing...has anyone experienced this ?

I would think it is also the throwout bearing, as pressing the pedal is releasing the clutch parts from the engine, so it is not an engaging noise from the engine or trans, my opinion would be this, or since you have to pretty much remove the trans anyway, look for any missing or misaligned parts, check function of TOB etc.

and if alll of that fails then you've somehow got loose flywheel bolts.
