hey wassup everyone!

well lately i been having trouble with my ka-t but i solved everything.

well, after putting my car back to NA. for the time being, i notice oil leaks, from the tap, so i need to re-do the tap for the oil return.

but my big issue is, when i had my friends t25 in my car, it was running great and pulling hard, and while testing it down the street like the 3rd time, i notice the car started to struggle at 5,000rpm. when it hit 5,000 it would feel like it wants to die, as if its bogging, when i felt that, i immediately went back, and poped the hood, i saw oil EVERYWHERE and i was tripping out, and i notice that my recirculating hose poped off and thats why it was struggling, but what i dont understand is why oil came out, i dont know if its because the recirculating hose poped off or because oil just wants to spit it out, so i went to the store and bought a pcv valve [one way] so it would only suck, and i attached a breather at the end of the tube that i have on the pcv valve.

this is a picture of where the oil came out from. i hope the pcv valve will fix it, or it spit out oil because the recirc hose came off.

any help would be appreciated.

thanks.

[this is not my motor, i found it on google]

random crap that i went through. sigh.

my ka issues i encountered. you don't have to read this part.
----------------------------------------------------------
1. i installed it and found out the turbo and it started smoking.
2. i didnt really know what the smoke was, i thought it was either running rich or the turbo was blown.
3. after pulling the blown turbo out, i found out it was blown, there was oil everywhere, and the shaftplay was CRAZY.
4. i asked a friend to borrow his t25, installed it, and started it, no smoke!
5. ran like crap due to a tune.
6. friend helped me with a tune, and took it down the street, after boosting the car dies.
7. we messed with the tps and now the car doesn't die :)
8. pulled the turbo out because friend needed it back.
9. returned the blown turbo, jdm_enthusiast your a great guy. got full money back.
10. picked up another turbo. k's_silvia2.0 thanks man.
11. now i have to do the whole thing again.
12. the oil pan leaks oil, gotta re-tap it.
13. drive around and be glad i did it.
14. its been 3 weeks that i haven't been driving my car around. shrugs.
15. almost 5$ a gallon for 91.

If it was just that incident it's possible you had a little more oil put in than usual. If it's been doing it all the time with the turbo then it's also could also be a Blowby. GL!!

My KA-T doesn't do it, it hard to make a diagnosis not seeing exactly how you routed everything but this is the way you are suppost to route the valve cover vent when you are turbo'd, the part of the picture you cannot see is actually the part where it connect to the intake (between the MAF and compressor).

i have a front mount, and i had that breather thing left open, didn't know what to do with it. i used that intake to recirculate my bov [stock sr bov]

it just happened once, and it happened when it stop recirculating because it poped off :X ill take pictures of my bay.

thanks for the input guys.
