S14 SR stumbling and cut-off

Hey, i have a friend that just dropped in an S14 SR in his S13 hatch and for some reason w/ out the MAF the car idles fine but once we plug in the MAF it stumbles and runs so pig rich that it stalls. We have tried a different MAF and the same thing happens. Does anyone have any idea where to look next? Any help is appreciated, thanks

Are you using the stock mafs or z32? Either way if it idles fine without it and stunbles with it then it is most likely the mafs. If you have swapped some different ones in and it still does that then I would definately check your mafs wiring. Make sure it is wired up properly and then move from there.
