harness problem

just completed an s13 sr swap into a s14 and auto to manual swap with it. i finished the upper harness/main harness but now im stuck with the lower harness. what do i need to do to the sr lower harness to work with the ka fuse box connections? do i cut the ka plugs and splice them in place of the sr plugs? i know half the plugs wont be used do to the ka harness being auto.

Sam as any other car, use the auto harness, plug the alternator and starter in, then hardwire the reverse lights if you want them. Use an S14 VSS. Nothing else needs to be hooked up.
