So...someone backed into my 91 coupe...leaving an awesome dent. Too big to reasonably fix. It's an SE, so it has power everything. A friend of mine gave me the door off of his parts car, only fix is that it's not power anything.

I should just be able to pull the motor and all for the power windows and whatnot and put it in the new door should I not? Is there anything special that needs to be done?

i think it be easier to pull the dent out. All you is unclip the door lock assembly and get a wedge.. like a spoon and put some tension on it. After you tap around the are where its bulging and it should go down but of course you'll need body tools for that. Btw same thing happen to me awhole back and i have too lazy to fix it.

I don't think you're fully aware of the size of this dent. besides. I have no body repair tools, and the door was free. Free > Buying stuff
