why would you think the water pump would be making your car bog and die? Is it overheating?
When you say it runs for 20 minutes, does it run well for that time? Does it bog and die for any repeatable reason? (slowing down, idling, partial throttle etc.)
You gotta give us more info if you really want help.

Could be a maf, or an issue with the fuel pump. Thats my best gues without any more info.

Could be IACV (idle air control valve), vaccum leak, throttle position sensor, MAF (check wiring), fuel pump getting starved, or if its overheating then all sorts of cooling system related issues. Also how are the grounds? Is this an S13? Auto manual? mileage? Give more info please.

be more specific about your 'tuneup' and your symptoms.

sorry guys major 240 noob, its a 98 ka24de manual, stock, it has 180k miles, i just changed the drive belts not relevent to prob, but plugs cap n rotor, wires, engine flush, cleaned throttle body and maf, air filter, fuel filter, oil....it would run fine and idle fine for about 20-30 mins and then it would bog badly and die. i would be able to keep it on while gasing it. it does not seem to be over heating while doing this.. hope this clears things up a bit more

+1 for timing.
I know my car after running for a good half hour will get a really uneven idle after about 10 seconds of normal idling. Give it a little gas and it evens back out, then around 10 seconds later it's sketchy again. Does your idle drop low and shoot back up to 8 or 900 and then go back down again, feeling like it's going to stall but never actually stalling?

that sounds way more like a vac leak
