whats the deal with the cobra mafs? what is so special about it? my 240sx is turbo, do i need it? how much is it. wher do i get one?

It's essentially a larger mass air flow sensor, allowing more air through with less restriction. It requires an ECU retune so the computer knows what the new MAF is telling it. If your 240sx is turbocharged, it may be something to consider, but you'd want some feedback from the turbo guys on it. It's by no means a necessity, but it will give you less restriction on your intake.

A while back I talked to JWT about my MAF choices.  I was told that after about 7-8 psi, I should get a Z32 MAF.  The z32 MAF would be good to about 12-14psi.  Any more and you will need a cobra MAF.
