Car runs and pulls strong. Dyno'd at 18psi around 360wtq and 350whp, I will post up the sheets. Engine does not burn oil or smoke or leak. Car is running Apexi Power FC DJETRO w/ commander ECU, with Apexi AVCR. Car is professionally tuned by Intec Racing in WA. The only thing holding the car back from more power is the clutch and cams. I am currently driving around on 14psi, not trying to push the clutch. Like it says, less than 10K on motor before build.

Overall Condition of the car is a 7/10. The interior is an 8, with very few blemishes, no cracks on dash, small scratch on center console (where the seatbelt fastens), brand new radio bezel, door panels are clean. The exterior however is a different story. I will under rate it at a 6. There are no major dents (small unnoticable ones from door dings), small nicks here and there, and the rear bumper has the spider web look goin on. However, the car still looks good, and has authentic jdm pieces made of urathane. Rear fender has a small crack. I guess the only thing this car needs is a paintjob and it will be a really clean s14. This car has a fresh motor build and runs very reliably especially with the smooth tune.
