What are you talking about? If you do the swap and don't care about having a heater, connect the hoses from one side of the motor to the other... That is it.... You can get a sucker and suck all the coolant from the heater core inside your firewall...

Loop the lines in the engine back to each other...Dont cap them...you need the coolant to be flowing thru the lines...

Be careful when you loop them to use an actual 180* bend hose - I had a hose that i thought would flow, but when the engine got hot enough, I guess it would kink, which kept the engine hot. I would normally stay around 200-210* while running hard, but once it hit about 225* it would keep going up until I let it cool all the way down.
Anyhow, yeah, make sure the hose isn't kinked at all when you loop it.

Just pull the inlet and outlet hoses from the heater core. You dont have to cap them off just bypass the heater core by connecting them together.
The blower motor for the heater will blow air it just wont be hot.
goodluck
