FS: Brand New KTS Hicas elimination bar/kit HICAS=BAD S13/Z32

I bought this at KTS here in Tokyo with the intention of removing the HICAS situation in the back of my HCR32 but never got around to actually putting it on. I'm thinking of selling my Skyline though and getting into an S15 (which thankfully doesn't come with HICAS ever) so I'm trying to let these go. It's brand new in box and ready to ship out.
