Seriously can't get over how great this is.... Time Warner cable offers it and sometimes there is nothing better than turning off your phone... sitting on the couch and scrolling through On Demand for a free movie of your choice.
Anyone else have this? I think AT&T offers a similar service.

my friend had this at the old place he was at *he was renting a room* and the house owner had it on the tv in the living room, we chilled on it before, it was cool.

i think FTA sat is better tho =p

Thought you were talking about http://www.indemand.com/ for a second.

Most all cable company's(TWC, comcast) have this. Sat company's do a Push service were they preload your DVR with stuff you watch.

Exactly... and it seems like almost every month there are new updates for the new releases.

I just wish HBO/showtime ONdemand had all the movies shows the have on the network for the month. I hate turning on the TV to find I missed a movie.

are there cable/sat companies who DON'T offer on demand?
the only thing i've ever found it useful for is finding something absolutely horrible to watch and make fun of with friends
anything worth watching i've already downloaded

I've got Cox Cable, they OnDemand is decent.. the menu's are mid 90's style.. actually all their menus are old school like Dr. J... Its good when nothing is on though. I only have Cox because I cannot get DirecTV.. DirecTV owns cable .. but Cable internet stomps everyone around here.

maaaan, I miss having comcast at my old house, I would literally watch 10-11 movies a week on that. And Ali G ondemand was the jam.
