Ok, looks like the 14th is best after all.
No way to plan a meet that fits everybody's schedule...can't screw over an "I'll be there on the 14th" for a "maybe I'll be there if its on the 15th" ya know how it is <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':('>
I am waiting on a call back from g-force to see about reserving a time. Here's what I'm thinking so far, meet at g-force karts at 2pm. Look at cars, talk, BS, shoot the shit and wait for the people who are late...there's always at least 1. Race our (3) three reserved slots between 3<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wow.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':0'>0pm and 3:45pm (around there and assuming those slots are available) for $48 per person. Hang out however long we want afterwards. Let the people with more $$ race again for $20 a race if they feel like it. Then go to hooters sometime around 4:30 or whenever, depending on how long we stay at g-force.
Also, I've got a "sponsor" for this event <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'> so look for a couple prizes for the winners...fun stuff nothing big or even car related.

Edit: just FYI, I'm not saying who the sponsor is just yet but they are sending me free stuff specifically to give away at this event...ain't that cool of em? Just hope it gets here in 2 weeks.
