WTB: S13 3" Test Pipe

Megan still doesn't have the testpipes in stock and I don't feel like waiting for one off egay, so does anyone have a 3" testpipe for an S13 in New York that they want to sell?

Or can anyone tell me what shop on the East Coast may have one in stock?
I've already tried Heavy Throttle which has been AWESOME by the way, and 240sxMotoring who hasn't been much help at all.
