Couple questions, Just bought a greddy relocation for my sr20det, New to this kit. Also bought greddy oil pressure gauge.

Ive tryed to search but didnt really come up with any direct answers, Any help for a premie would be greatly apperciated. Thanks guys

First Off - Does it matter much wat thread port i put the oil pressure gauge sensor into down by the sandwhich block on the relocation kit, theres 2 that fit, anyone certain one get better reading?

Should i use teflon tape on my threads?

Should i leave my stock oil sensor hooked up?

The Alan head plugs for the ports that arent used, dont screw in all the way, is that correct?

Anly help would be awesome, Need to get this going today if possible!

Not familar with the part first hand, I'd use teflon tape on the threads. I see no reason why you'd want to disconnect the stock oil sensor.. no reason why not either though.

That has to be the most well thought out, concise, and helpful post that I've ever seen. /thread.

i would take the oem oil sensor out and use that port for your oil pressure gauge for a better reading..if your greddy gauge came with the oil pressure sender this is where it would go..the ports on the relocation plate are usually for temp. use teflon on all threads..the unused alan head ports teflon them up and screw them till they seal tightly. this is how i did mine hope it helps....

the port won't matter, they give you two b/c they assume oil pressure on one and oil temp on the other. I would leave the stock one hooked up, there is no harm in having a little red light on the dash for low oil pressure. Use teflon for sure and make sure the others that aren't being used are securely fastened like ^he said.
