About 5 weeks ago I bought pulsar gtir gauges off him and paid through paypal immediately. He claimed he shipped the item through us mail but I never received the item or any proof that he mailed it.
After several complaints finally 2 weeks ago he agreed to refund my money but to this day I never received the refund.
I still hope he wants to resolve this, the money may not be much but I dont want this to happen to other people.

I also personally vouch for this guy. He has helped me and my buddy out a lot. Like 'akito' said, he is like Robin Hood. His pulsar is freakin' awsome too. I'm sure things will be resolved.
