Sooo, I just got done swapping in a new T25, changing injector O-rings, and setting timing according to frsport.
When I start it and let it warm up, it idles at 2000 and I get this white smoke coming from my exhaust manifold and out the exhaust.
Just like this...

With the idle, I think its my coolant temp sensor. I used the one from the KA.
About the smoke... what do you guys think it could be?

If your old turbo was blown it could be oil still from it, or any oil leak from taking the old one off and putting the new one onthat dripped and is burning off. did you use oem gaskets?

I reused the gaskets that were on there because they were only a couple weeks old and i dont drive the car because i cant get it running right. the old t25 i had did the same thing. maybe its the copper crush washers but i dont see how it would leak inside the turbo causing white smoke to come from the exhaust.

well...when I swapped my turbo and changed headgasket....it happened to me. because the surface of the turbo or exhaust manifold had the oil from my hands while I was swapping them. After a day or two, they are burned out....and no more smoke.

oil burns blue. water/coolant burns white. too much gas burns black/grey. Hope that helps.

hah. i went to autozone and the coolant temp sensor was the same for 240, sentra, and Z. I went home all wtf so i checked to see if there was any coolant and guess what? Nope. half of it leaked out when i was attaching the coolant lines on the turbo.
thanks for your help guys. Ohhh! is it normal to get surge when just revving it?
I have the HKS SSQ bov. if there is a spring, im not sure how to adjust it.
