Ooh, that's a good question. I'd love to replace my lame zenki SE wing with out having to fill those holes :)

The front holes line up, the backs do not. The JDM wing does NOT cover up the back SE holes, but the SE wing does cover the JDM holes if you end up goin back stock!

Hope that helps, just did this to a buddies car a bit back, ended up getting another trunk lid, you can usually pick one up for ~$50ish. Helps that I paint though ;)
