Today I was at the drift event.
I didnt really get to run that much.
My set up is SR redtop with stock internal, nismo 555cc injectors, fmic, s15 turbo, elbow back exhaust, safc2 with professional tuned. stock sr maf, at 14psi and i adjusted back to stock 7psi, too. But same thing happened again.
So long story short, When the car is cool, everything is fine. When the car is warm, warm means after one round of figure 8 session which is about 2 minutes, so when the car is warm, the car just cuts at 4500 to 5000 rpm. When it cuts, I cant do anything, I step on throttle, no reaction AT ALL, the car just keeps dropping rpm. When the rpm drops to 2000 rpm, everything back to normal again, but once I let it go up to 4500 to 5000 rpm, same thing happens again, it just doesnt pass 5000 rpm. I was told that my maf is probably bad. Anything other guess?

I would say MAF, either that or you have something loose.
I know you were wanting to go to a Z32 maf. This would be the time.

my car used to do that all the time.. then i put aftermarket exh manifold and it went away. ???? jesus only knows but id check maf. or even coolant temp sender.

another possibility could be the cam angle sensor. gl

more unlikely, but also check ignition, just throwing that out there.

how do i test the cam angle sensor and ignition?
and for your information, the day i went to dyno tune happened the same thing. the first, it cuts about 6200 rpm, and the tuner was like what the hell.....and he tried another pull again, it cut at 5500, and then another pull right after that, it cut at 5000. it just cut at lower and lower rpm as the car got warmer and warmer. Then they left the car there for a while, after that, they were able to pull the car all the way to the redline, but the second pull, the car got cut at 6000 rpm, and it went lower and lower.
And it only happens when the car is on load. I can rev it all the way to redline without problems

does the car feel like it's hitting a brick wall? and if it's a cam angle sensor that's working intermittently it may be hard to diagnose since it'll typically need to be hot. basically you can take it out, plug it in and see if as you spin it you can hear your injectors clicking.....
this isn't your typical problem first off, second off is it's intermittent. if you can try to isolate when it does it, or make it do it, you can see what it's not getting that it should be getting.....
if the car were at my shop i'd put it on the dyno, we have a steady state mustang dyno, we can put load on your car and test everything right then and there ;/
this is one of those things i'd like to diagnose in person but can't. sorry man, i recommend you take it to a professional near you.
good luck,

check your fuel relay in the engine bay. My car was doing the same thing a couple years ago and after checking and changing many parts later, switched the relay with a different used one and tada..no more stalling. It was a pain in the ass tho, stalling in the middle of the street while driving.
