the ecu gets it's grounds from the 2 10mm bolts on the intake manifold. the ecu itself gives the grounds to the injectors as it receives the signal of when to fire them via the cam angle sensor/distributor. if your injectors are not getting a ground pulse then it's either wired wrong, bad ecu, or bad cas. that's it.

We know the ecu is fine. will i get spark if the CAS is bad? because i am getting spark just fine. what could possibly be wired wrong. on my stock ka.

good, now i know what kind of motor you have. i assumed you were sr like everyone else so that was why i mentioned wiring since even though you can google 5 videos on how to do it, people still mess it up.
there is a tsb on ka's, in the injector harness where the power wire branches off to each injector the crimp connection gets corroded/doesn't make a good connection, you could turn the key to the ignition on position and see if 1 wire to each injector is getting 12volts (with it unplugged of course), then connect your test light to the POSITIVE battery terminal and probe the other side while someone is trying to start the car and it should blink, if it blinks then everything is fine as far as wiring/ecu. check each injector plug that way.
you might wanna also check your ecu 7.5 amp fuse by the passenger side strut tower. and also perhaps try to pull a code from the ecu. there's a zillion threads on how to do that if you search.
you also might want to verify that your fuel lines are not on backwards, which i mentioned to you in your other thread.
