alright so weve got a Pulsar GTIR, hooked up the boost controller and everythign worked fine for a few days. After a few weeks we noticed it wasnt going higher than 9.0 PSI. we poped the hood and the two wires that go to the actuator got pinched between the strut bar and the hood. We quickly cut hte wires, crimped them and then wraped in heat shrink but weve still got the same problem. Stock boost and it feels flat in the higher RPMS. Do you guys think the problem is in the actuator or in the controller its self, anyone know how greddy is with replacing/repairing boost controllers?
Theres still a plug connected to the stock solinoid but there are no vacume lines hooked up, is there a possibility that the ECU also put the car into limp mode as well? Im not sure if anyone else has had this problem with their Profec. If you have any insight just let me know, id really appreciate it.
Thanks, Jason
