I looked around the forum and couldn't find any threads that helped me out, so here I go.

My headlights pop up normally, both go up just fine. It's when I turn them off, the driver side will stay down, and the right side will keep winking winking winking, it'll eventually stop, but it'll be in a random position. Has anyone else experienced any problems like that? I read around the forum about one headlight closing, the other one remaining open, and vice versa, but nothing like this. Any help and suggestions would be great.

check the headlight motor. I had something like that before, either your headlight motor is messing up where it links up the linkage arm or because it doesn't line up right in the beginning. Well did it happen b4 or just recently?

it also might be bad contact with the headlight switch.

i know on my old car, when i turn on the lights.. only one headlight would pop up. but, if i forced the switch to turn a tad bit more, the other side would then follow.

Check for something stuck in the headlight cover or the motor itself.

When the motor feels resistance, the motor will raise the headlight and try to retract again.

I did that once when the hood prop rod got stuck in behind the headlight. The headlight kept going up and down until I pulled the rod out.

lol, that happened to me, but it always went down all the way. I thought it was cool cause everytime i came out of the car after shutting off the lights, it was waving me goodbye. lol.

nah trust me it that little turning peice on the motor that attach to the arm linkage, the teeth on piece that protrude from the motor is flatten. In another word, the teeth is not gripping on to the arm so that one sometimes it does it will go down. If u have another motor with diff arms swap it into the one tat messing up and you will see
