I know youve probably heard this before, but search. I remember a couple good threads here that go into detail about alignment. Might want to check the archive too.
I based my alignment off of one but I dont remember the specs anymore.

Here is what I ran on my s14.
front.
camber -3 deg
caster 7.5 deg
toe 1/4 deg toe out total in front (helps it turn in faster)
rear.
camber -1.5 thru -1.8 degs
toe 0 deg. You can always add toe out if you like your car to spin out, or toe in if you dont want to drift as much.

-2.5 camber front
7.1 caster
toe out 1/3
-1.8-2.0 camber rear
toe in 1/3
is what i run
17/18 stagger setup on hks coils adjustable arms, etc.
i'm pretty sure theres a thread that lists specs already.

i run 18x8.5 and 19x9.5 up front & 18x10 and 19x10.5 rear when i drift and my alignment setup is
Front:
Caster 8 deg
camber -1 deg
toe 1/4 total toe in
struts are 3/4 stiff up front
stiffer but non adjustable sway bar
Rear:
-2 camber
1/4" longer traction rods
stock adjustment on toe (dont remember what it was just know that was actually green on the hunter machine)
struts 3/4 soft out back
stiffer but non adjustable sway bar
I know most people do alot more front neg camber than rear, but mines a daily so i dont wanna tear up my shit every day, but it drift's just fine, gotta throw her in the turns a bit harder than people with full coilovers (i have S&S setup :( ghey) but once i got used to it it helped me and i could hold a pretty damn good angle.... low speed transitions are a bit harder but if you swang it it will slide!
If you have adjustable roll center or bump steer, then you need it professionally aligned, and the rear traction rods make sure they are either exactly stock length, or a bit longer if your nice and low, otherwise it can fuck some shit up. Also if you are SUPER low, watch for RUCA's hitting the chassis....

i think u mean toe rods, and thats only a common problem on s13s that are too low. Rucas wouldn't really hit anything except the lower perch and thats if you put them in backwards.
