wtb: s13/s14 in northeast. tell me what you have

I am looking to buy an s13 (maybe an s14).  must be 5spd. Ideally I would like to purchase one with an sr swap already done. Mods are preferred....looking to spend 5-10,000. let me know what you have.  thanks
