Those are long stretches of road, would be difficult to determine what part is the "spot"; people can go at their own risks. And Ortega, in particular, isn't something I'd suggest for just anyone to hope onto.

To answer the original question, yes, I used to go on Ortega occassionally, but it was before my engine swap. As is right now, my engine is running at a 100% and I need to get used to the additional power.

I like ortega at night, less cars, but more dangerous if something does happen <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/unhappy.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':unhappy:'>

I dont really mind, Ortega isnt too forgiving to those kinda crowds.

Ty, we usually (most of the time, just me) go around midnight. If you're interested in driving it, let me know.

"the wrong crowds" is NOT limited to ricers. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/hmmm.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':hmmm:'>
Can you say "police"? <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/hmmm.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':hmmm:'>

Im not the first to bring up Ortega as a good drive. Have you ever checked out pashnit or miatadrives? Its been on there site with hundreds of thousands of views. I dont think this thread on Zilvia.com is gonna do too much damage &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'>

Back on topic, anyone frequent the area?
