Who did the work on the block? Is it sleeved? How much for the block, shipped to 96816?

Speed god, it is sleeved but I didn't have the work done, I got it like that in a car trade. I know that it was done by a shop somewhere on the east coast, and I will check shipping to hawaii and get back to you tonight! Thanks, Mike
