Sorry I searched and searched and didnt get a true answer because this things search option is so broad. I just wanted to know if a 93 S13 KA exhaust manifold can mount up to a 96 S14 KA? My second question is if one of the studs that connect the ehaust manifold to the head breaks off what do I do, Thank you so much for the help.

yes and get a tap and die. If you can't extract it by putting a set of vice grips on it.

the search function is only as broad as the search parameters you put in.

the manifold will fit, but the two years have different auxiliary connections. the s13 has the PAIR valve connection, which you can just weld closed, and the '96 will need a place for a second o2 sensor (though that may be after the cat, i forget).

you'll probably need a heli-coil, not a tap and die. either way, you need to get the stud out first. try the vice grips, a bolt extractor (that will probably break though), or drill it out as a last resort. if you drill it out, you'll probably need the heli-coil. the tap will only help if you get most of the stud out without significantly damaging the head.
