Ok Boys and girls...I have the first production run ready for the public.
These are super stiff 3/16 laser cut end plates fully welded to the cross bar. They are solid mount so no flexy joints, no weak hardware to break, just beef tower to tower.

Do these fit without having to cut the interior on the hatch? Will they fit just through the holes?

Ok ...I did not see all these. Let me try to help with the questions.

are these more beefier torsionally then the cusco OS bar and 40D (the bars I have)
Truly I have no idea if it is torsionally stiffer than those bars. I do know it is supper beefy. I will look those bars, but I can only give my opinion since I have not tested them.

Do these fit without having to cut the interior on the hatch? Will they fit just through the holes?
Again I am not sure on this. I have a coupe and the trunk plastic would have to be cut for it to fit. If you have a pic of your stock interior I can tell you if you will need to cut anything.

damn that thing id nice. he makes the best shit. highly recomended!
Thanks buddy...I love to hear that my stuff is working for you guys.

This is the install for an s13 hatch rear strut brace with full interior. A few of people on here had questions on fitment onto a hatch and overall how it fits and looks. heres a step by step instruction on how to install the brace (maybe used for other brand strut install as well)
Hope this will clear up any questions and fitment concerns with this brace.

Tools I used: philips screwdriver, flat-head screwdriver and 12mm wrench
http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/ee116/WRX240SX/P1000421.jpg

Using a flat-head screw pop-off the strut entrance cover from both sides.
http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/ee116/WRX240SX/P1000403.jpg

Using a 12mm wrench remove the 4 bolts that hold the strut in place. (2 on each side)
http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/ee116/WRX240SX/P1000404.jpg

Which ever side is best for you, move the trunk cover to one side and unscrew two screws (pictured) that hold the side cover of trunk. (I did mine on passenger side)
http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/ee116/WRX240SX/P1000409.jpg

Pop-off the speaker cover using flat head screwdriver, careful not to scratch or brake anything.
http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/ee116/WRX240SX/P1000410.jpg

My car dose not have speakers, but remove the speacker on the side u are working on, its a no brainer.

Now unscrew the two scews (pictuerd) that hold lower speaker cover.
http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/ee116/WRX240SX/P1000407.jpg

Using a flathead, place the screwdriver were i placed mine to pop-off the "hidden" clip. Remove lower cover.
http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/ee116/WRX240SX/P1000405.jpg

Remove the the three clips on top that hold the trunk side cover in place (clips shown in next three pics)
http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/ee116/WRX240SX/P1000412.jpg
http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/ee116/WRX240SX/P1000413.jpg
http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/ee116/WRX240SX/P1000415.jpg

Fold rear seat down, it will reveal your last clip, pop off clip using flat head from inside the car.
http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/ee116/WRX240SX/P1000411.jpg

Now the whole side trunk cover can be moved in place all around. (passenger side for me) I placed the drivers side portion of strut brace into it's place, moving the passenger side cover and slightly bending the cover, the brace slides right in.
http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/ee116/WRX240SX/P1000416.jpg

Easy part is done. :wiggle:

NOW TO GET THE DARN STRUT BOLTS INTO PLACE!!!! its a little tough but not impossible. If you drop the nut behind the side trunk cover don't panic! simply remove the side covers trunk bolts (pictured), slide ur hand under the cover and find that sucker!
http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/ee116/WRX240SX/P1000408.jpg

Eventually you will get them on (if i did, i know u can)
http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/ee116/WRX240SX/P1000417.jpg

Tighten the 12mm nuts down, it will take some time because you only have so much movement with the wrench.

Put together everything back (look back at beginning steps if forgotten how and were things go)

It should looks something like this when done, everything fits good not problems what-so-ever, and for $80 its hell of a deal too,
http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/ee116/WRX240SX/P1000419.jpg
http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/ee116/WRX240SX/P1000420.jpg

Quality of the brace is professional, very good product, guy knows his stuff and welds are professional. structure of brace is A+ I noticed a big difference right away! I do a lot of canyon running and cant wait to see how this thing holds! I defanatly recommend this brace to everyone!

looks really good with black interior, almost like stock

Man, Nice install!!! Thanks for taking the time to do that. I bet it would not take half as long if you were not shooting pics.
That pretty much answers the questions about how it will fit with full interior.

Package deals for all three pieces will be under $275.00 and FSTB and RSTB will be $180.00. Both deals will need to add shipping.

I would love to get more stuff out for the S14 except when I fabb for the 14 I have to borrow a chassis to work off of. I am lucky that I now have several that I can work with, but they are not in my shop like my S13.

What material is the bar/plate? What is the weight of RSTB? Also if you have data on FSTB and Tension Bar that will allow me to make a decision.

What material is the bar/plate? What is the weight of RSTB? Also if you have data on FSTB and Tension Bar that will allow me to make a decision.

Material is 1"x2" rectangle tube on the FSTB, end plates are 3/16" plate laser cut.
Weight of the RSTB well I shipped a front and rear package and it was 11.5lbs shipping weight. Including box and packing material.
Data? I am not sure what you are looking for. I can say I have a couple satisfied customers that like them.
Let me know what data you need and I will try to help.

Take care

I got my set of bars not to long ago and have yet to put them on, but this shit is the business, more then legit. By far one of the best strut braces ive ever owned for any of my cars. Put it this way im a 220lbs dude and while standing on the fstb doesnt even flex it. Totally put a WTFCHUBBY look on my face. Anyway i have this thing for polished strut bars LOLz so i took it upon myself to polish my Rear upper strut tower bar from jonnie and came out with this beautiful looking thing. Just need to paint the ends and then im moving on to my front bar.

Well here is a very small update. I was cutting the gusset plates by hand for the RSTB. I got with my laser cutter and he sent me these.

The bottom piece is the new gusset plate for the RSTB. The top piece is the BMC stopper for the FSTB.
