I have a 97 S14.5 well done with 79k on stock ka with almost everything else modded. Someone is willing to straight up trade me a 93 coupe convertible with an also well done RB20DET swap in it. Should I trade or no??

97 + low original mileage + newer chassis + harder to find > rb20 s13

but maybe Im partial because I'd love to have an s14 kouki

it mainly depends on what you are going to use the car for. I would go with the coupe though.

definately no, keep your car, 79k original miles is very hard to come by, that alone raises the value of your car, and RB20 isn't that great for this trade.

the only reason people do RB20 swaps is because they are too damn cheap to buy a 25, 26, or LSx. (I don't believe in 4 cyl for sport/performance motors.... which most people here don't agree with) that means that me probably cut other corners on the car too. The only use for the RB20 is a paperweight or to be JDM tight with a skyline motor while not spending much.
