Us back water Kansas kids have gotten tired of watching youtube and driving thru 2 states to go to a driftevent!
Since we're all awesome, we're starting big.
25acre skid pad, 3 different course configurations at the same time.
4pm-dusk
min 20 drivers; 40 drivers max.

Derek and I meet with HPT soon, we'll be setting up a part on the site for payment and pre-regstration. Right now, it's looking like Pre-reg will be mandatory, after all, limited number of spots.
Dousan, save some cash come chill in Kansas. I'll buy you a 6 pack and you'll have all the backwater womanz you want! (except for mine :D )

It is!
People please show up, if the turnout for the skid pad days is good, they'll let us drift on the track in the future!

Yup 3.1mile road course, 25 acre skid pad and ofcourse drag strip <---lol.
Tandem will be in the very near future. Depending on turn out for events, the road course will be taking some slides starting next year.
Just to get you guys excited for how big (and flat/smooth) this skid pad is, we put a normal metal barrel(50gallon???) on one side, drove to the other and because of the angle of the ground for water run off you could not even see the barrel.
It's HUGE!
3 courses, plenty of run off so none of the course will interfere with each other. Basically, bring your game face, it's time to improve your drifting and have fun roasting them tirezz

I might have a dslr by then. I assume spectators are free. I would run the road course but not the drift. I don't have that level of disposable income for tires. (it also doesn't help that my 240 is all stock with an open diff)

quality of skidpad tarmac? does it eat tires?

It's smooooth, smoother than a Morgan Freeman prologue, it was just built recently.

Have to be there by 6. I cant guarntee any spots. At the moment there are 20. But the turn out is going to be huge, whole families and their dogs.
Come down, you'll enjoy it!
