i have a sr20det swap. my driveshaft does not fit. i have a regular stock s13 driveshaft USDM. is about like a inch too long. i was wondering is this safe to run on.

would the automatic tail shaft be shorter

just get a s13 sr one pretty easy to come by are you talking about the part that goes into the transmission or the overall length but I wouldn't run that

s13 sr driveshaft is longer than KA24 stock usdm one

either way you need an s13 sr/s13 ka w/abs driveshaft

What chassis and rear end do you have? Propeller shafts typically go by ABS or nonABS.

Chat up DSS and they will figure it out for you.

^^^Good call. I have an S14 that I needed a drive shaft for. I ordered mine through DSS, but apparently the previous owner swapped in an ABS diff causing my new drive shaft to be an inch too long. I talked to them, sent it back and they fixed the problem for free. Took maybe a week, tops. They were extremely helpful and I swear they are perfectionists.

Are you sure the car was auto to begin with?

DSS has always been helpful for me in the past.
