NICO harness trade, guys a psycho help me out here!!!

okay so i just bought my sr and a crap ton of stuff from Ditch_Bound (will) hes an awesome guy, knows his crap and everything. well the harness i got from him he told me it wouldnt work in my s14 cuz i needed to rewire it to s13sr to s14 chassis which i did.

so i went on nicoclub.com(first mistake) and posted that i had this harness and instead of getting it re-wired i would that i would trade it for an s13 sr to s14 chassis harness. so this guy pms me and i wants a trade asap. so we get each others info and what not. and ship the stuff out the following day.

my harness was absolute perfect condition, there were 2 wires clipped on it that i noticed in total. it was clean as hell, all nice and neatly wrapped and wired. and heat wrapped or w/e.

the guy wanted to know if it was clean and uncut i said yes there only 2 wires clipped in total that i found, so i shipped it out.

i received his in the mail today. all wires look fine, but its saturated in oils, 3 or 4 wires are cut, no plugs are broken, and its very messily wrapped...

well he opened my box up today that i usps shipped to him, and calls me yelling at me over the phone telling me that i fudge him over and that all the injector plugs are missing and that theres over 10+ wires cut from the ecu plug and the maf plug is broken and is missing like 6 wires etc! so i just listened to him yell and scream over the phone to me telling me that i fudge him over and i wrecked his plans to plug it in today and crap. hes from colorado and hes fudge wack.. dudes freakin me out ahah. he like sent me an email yelling at me the other day because i didnt want to ship him my harness.....

okay, in the last 10 minutes he has emailed me twice, and called me 11 times and leftme 2 voicemails..... saying i have a couple options..

1.) send back his harness before the post office closes(already did at 4) and have a tracking number sent to him tonight

2.) send him $150, and he will send back my harness when he recieves the money.

3.) buy him a new harness off ebay and have it shipped to him for 100+++ and then sent that to him. and wait to receive mine.

4.) if none of the above happen then he will call the cops in my area ....?? my sisters a cop and they said theres nothing at all he can do, and that he is more then likely trying to fuck me over. if he really really wanted to, he could take me to small claims court+ fly out here from colorado.... i

okay this is the message i just got from him. i was at my shop selling my hood to some guy off my zenki. in less then 15 minutes he wrote me 3+ emails, called my phone from multiple numbers. and has made numerous threats basically on voicemail.

Hey, i was goin to trade that guy a aem wideband for my 700cc injectors. I kept telling them they will fit. but he kept asking me questions. Does it fit a top mount fuel rail? (Yes) Will it fit the SR? (yes) I even told him that he would need the dsm resistor to change to Lo Imp. They guy took so long, I decided to just sell to some guy that really wanted them. i have been in a situation like this .... i was selling and ae86 for $500 a guy emails me and we exchange a few emails and then he asks me to give him my address so he can send me the money....ok so i do it and i receive a $3500 check he tells me that the excess $2950 to pay the guy for shipping but he sent me a check so i had to wait for it to clear....took it to the bank and the bank has to hold it.......the next day the bank calls me and tells me the check was counterfit.....a few days later i recieve another check for $3500 and the guy says the same thing but he wants me to take out a loan and send him the $2950 ..... i dont respond to him...... he starts send me emails saying that i am trying to steal his money and that he is gonna come get me and get the money back from me..... first off im in the military and have a decent colection of guns...lol and my dad is on his way back from iraq and doesnt have a socalled calm temper.....i forward one of the emails to my dad ..... my dad blew up thretends the guy (from iraq) and tells him that if he wants troble he got it ...tells him to try to come to the house and tells him that if he sends me one more email he will hunt him down and deal with him himself....haha..... since my dad sent the email i havent recieved an email or phone call from that guy.........so like others have said before call his bluff.... be prepared aND CARRY A GUN.... not bullshitting at all, i sent the harness house, all plugs intact, the clip on the first injector plug had the tab broken on it. besides that the harness was legit and nothing wrong. what he called claimed was cut is the safc hookup and turbo timer wiring. and then said there wasnt a slice in the harness i received, well i opneed it and about 3-4 wires that i noticed with ease were cut at the ecu
