I have a kouki and have the complete OEM aero kit for it. Side pieces came with all hardware, but instructions are in japanese. Some of it makes sense, but other parts I have no idea, and they dont seem to just line right up. Does anyone have any experience with this? Also, the rear valences dont seem too bad, but the 2 holes in the rear of the rear fender well dont line up with anything, and the metal bracket on the bottom has no hole that it lines up with. Any suggestions?
My car had OEM USDM kouki skirts, and there are holes in the body already , but all but 1 line up for the top mounting points on the side skirts.

For the valences, use 3M double sided tape around the top. The metal bracket on the bottom (at least on mine) just screws tightly to the little flap that hangs down. When you test fit it, it should fit right up onto that flap. I had to make new holes to mount them to the fender. Use some self tapping screws.
The side skirts should just bolt right up. You could also use 3M tape on the top of them. You are talking about the JDM zenki sides right?

self tapping screws, double sided tape, and the fenders you may have to drill new holes unless you have the mounting clips that came with the skirts when they were new.

Ever thought about bringing them to a body shop? For some people, installing parts are second nature. They could do it without instructions, blindfolded. Other people don't have it so easy. I'm not saying your inept but if you feel that you can't do it, a reputable body shop will guarantee perfect results. Just offering some options. Good luckkkk

Did you get the kouki rear valences? If so you need the kouki rear bumper to mount them to. That is probably why the hole on the bottom of the valences DOES NOT line up with anything.

yeah the holes were drilled for your kouki skirts only to add the navan sides and kouki rear you will have to mount them

Yes, JDM zenki sides, and I seem to have to drill 2 extra holes for the sides. I do have the JDM rear kouki bumper, theres a plastic plug underneath that i pulled out and the rear valence hole kinda lines up with it, but its just a square hole, I think i need a plastic piece that a screw goes into. But the holes dont line up with the wheel well. I thought OEM was supposed to fit best.

OEM JDM rear valance wheel well holes do not line up with the USDM holes. You need to use those little metal slider brackets that are supplied with the valances to mount them. All you you need to do is do a little guessing, test fitting and they slide on. Then screw the valances into that.
The instructions are in Japanese but the pictures are quite clear.

Bought the rear pieces new, but they came with no hardware or instructions. Ill have to figure out a way to mount them. The bottom bracket seems to line up with that plastic plug on the bottom of the car in the rear, so I pulled that out and have a square hole, needs a insert or something.
Side pieces do have instructions and all hardware, and yes some pictures, but since its in japanese I have no idea where to drill holes and where to mount the gasket that it comes with.

Mount the side skirts, get a marker, mark the holes on the wheel well. Drill them and you're ready to mount the side skirts.
That plastic plug is supposed to be there, its where your screw goes into. You can drill a hole in your bumper for the rear mount. The two front mounts you'll need to figure out a way if you didn't receive any hardware with it.

So does anyone have pics or anything mainly for the side skirts? I am going to attempt this soon, still havent done it lol. It has that long piece of paper that your supposed to tape to the body which then shows you where to drill the new holes, but i dont know where to tape it to. And, where does the rubber trim/gasket go on the skirts? And it seems the skirts dont line up right at the front door edge where it meets the fender, or has to be forced on, i am not sure.

if you have that set, take it to a body shop that knows kouki stuff and get it installed right the first time. thats what i did and now my car looks like hyper rev. :)
