After much thought, I have decided to go ka-t over the sr...I just want to be street legal is the biggest swaying part of this decision. Here is the setup I plan on running, and want to know if there is anything else I would need, or suggestions on different parts:

Garrett t03/04 turbo.................750
Tial External Wastegate 35mm....250
HKS Super Sequential BOV.........200
SR20 370cc/min(?) injectors.......200
SR20 Downpipe........................150
Walbro Fuel Pump.....................120
Revhard Exhaust Manifold..........495
SS lines (t-conn.) for oil & etc....200
Spearco or rev hard Intercooler..???
Custom Mandrel Bent Piping.......50 (hookup)
JWT ECU................................600
HKS Turbo Timer......................90
HKS PFC-Fcon.........................???
HKS Fuel Pressure Regulator.......180
Gauges..................................200

Patching walls punched during install.......30

Any suggestions on the parts, and prices for the pfc and the intercooler would help. I want to run around 10 - 12llbs. of boost. Thanks for the help in advance.

HKS Fcon is $1100-$1430 on the hks website, and they don't have one for our cars.
I think the Fcon is a little redundant with a JWT ecu anyway.
Also, you can order spearco cores from Spearco, and they cost like $400 for a large core.
Also, for the install, you may wanna check my website.  I have a writeup there for installing everything except gauges and an intercooler.
Finally, if you can get mandrel bent pipes for $50, let me know, cuz I'll pay you double for a set of pipes.  When the people make your set, make an exact copy, and sell them to me.

Seems pretty complete to me. Just like jeff said i don't think u realy need the f-con...

And i'm also interested in the set of pipes if you can get it.

What kind of piggy back do you guys recommend for the ecu...or would I be okay with just the ecu and fuel pressure regulator?

apexi safc... but does this mean no SR party at Hunington Beach???

if JWT can't get you everything you want for $600, then don't waste your time with them.  If you are going to override the settings with a piggy-back it seems like a waste of time.  I wouldn't pay somebody $600 just to have to still fix it for my car.  If you aren't running on the dyno, then JWT is fine, if you are, then do something else.  With the budget you are looking at, I would go standalone and do it right.  I like the AEM and I would make it work in our car.

Doesn't mean there isn't gonna be a party in Huntington Beach...just delayed for a bit...http://www.corvetteforum.cc/zeroimg/smilies/cheers.gif

With your setup you won't need a piggy back ECU. I dont' remember if you had injectors but your should probably bump up to 370's for your turbo. That will also somewhat justify the 600 bux for the JWT ecu considering with stock injectors they just send you a NA ecu since the ka mafs will correct for positive pressure.

The only variables JWT will custom tune and ecu for are injectors and MAFS anything else and they would need your specific car on a dyno. Sure they can advance or retard timming a little but is that worth it for 600 bux? Getting a jwt ecu on stock injectors and mafs would be next to worthless.

Edit: ok I looked again and saw you had 370's. Boost away <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'>
one more thing: you won't need an afpr with a ECU retune. The injector fuel maps should take care of everything.

you know if your in Cali, then you could probably stop by JWT and get a custom tune job done. &nbsp;don't know if they charge extra for that or not.

also like they said, you don't need piggyback with JWT, or FPR. &nbsp;(although an adjustable FPR would be nice when tuning. &nbsp;especially if you could get JWT to tune the car.)

370's wont be enough for 10-12 psi at stock fuel pressures. &nbsp;I think you should decide on an engine management strategey that will accomadate what you need and stick with it.

run your stock injectors, run the car at around 25psi, if you start to hear a BOOM, dont worry its already to late

370's won't get the job done? &nbsp; What size injectors would be recommended? &nbsp;550cc?
