I bought an HID kit from them and I havent received it yet. i am having a hard time reaching them through phone or email or PM. does anyone know the best way to get ahold of them? thanks!

17th of march. they told me i'd get it in a week, just wondering on a status update. the tracking number they sent me shows billing info was relayed to UPS, but no package was ever dropped off. ive tried to contact them through phone messages and email, but no response at all.

i have been trying to call for days, i emailed them yesterday and today...i PM him today earlier in the morning.

wow ur a paranoid person but if he doesnt reply then thats wak on his end. hope u get it solved

doesnt sound paranoid to me.

he was told he'd get it within a week, and 10 days later it shows that ups hasnt even recieved it for shipping yet.

and they arent answering calls, pm's, or emails.

how is that paranoid?
