This is the setup i want to run.
300zx Turbo-Free just needs to be rebuilt $100
Rev Hard Manifold-$400 on Ebay
Blow Off Valve-Price?
Turbo Timer-Price?
Fuel Pressure Regulator-Price?
Custom Piping-Under $200
Fuel Injectors-Price?
Piggy Back Fuel System-Price?
Intercooler-Price?
Also do I need a 300zx fuel pump?
Could you guys give me some help with the prices, also which ones to buy, I want good everything so after I save up I can upgrade the turbo and internals to push more boost. Thanks Jeff240sx for explaining this stuff to me, otherwise I wouldnt know what I was talkin about(not that I do now, but I understand)

BOV runs around $150 for a loud ass TurboXS to $220 for a HKS SSQV.
Turbo Timers run from $80 to $120, depending on the features.
RRFPR can be found for like $80 also.
Injectors are more expensive as the delivery capacity goes up. Stock sr injectors (370cc) are like $80-$100 on ebay, and 550cc+ are $600+ per set.
Piggyback controllers are like $350 for an apexi afc. Dunno about other's prices, but HKS makes one.
Intercoolers are gonna be about $400.
I wouldn't go with a 300zx pump, cuz it is a kinda rickety setup (bieng held on with bandclamps.) Get a walbro pump. Can go high pressure, and flow more fuel than you'll ever need.

Do yourself a big favor and get the JWT ECU. He can custom program it for you if you tell him exactly what your doin and upgrade your fuel pump, injectors and replace any other fuel system componets that might be worn out. Nothin worse than leanin out and blowin your motor. The KA is strong but needs an upgraded fuel system for any turbo setup. I researched this all out for like 8 months only to decide that I wanted to go to europe instead of building a turbo 240sx. If you have any questions PM me, I have an excel spreadsheet that I can send you which I used to list all prices and componets if you want it. Good Luck with your project!

Since so many people wanted the spreadsheet, I have put it on my web site.
Turbo Spreadsheet (http://kahuna.sdsu.edu/~francis/stuff/turbo%20pricing.xls)
Keep in mind that I was gonna fabricate alot of the piping and my dad was gonna weld it, so thats why some prices are low. Also its still kind of an estimate, but it should help anyone who wants to build there own turbo setup. Also, a friend of Grants is selling a custom turbo setup, if anyone is interested. I'm sure he could provide more info on that. If anyone wants to add anything feel free to post what you think is missing and I will update it. Happy Boosting.

I did this just for you!
My Price List (http://www.jeff240sx.freeservers.com/mods.htm)
I don't really agree with your prices, like a free intercooler, a $100 BOV, and the last $2600 in your list. What the hell is "240 convention"?
Anyway.. those are the prices that I paid for the parts that I have listed. And they are the prices that you can pay, too. Just click.

Well I already had an intercooler so I don't have to pay for it. Again they were just estimates but it was a fairly complete list of sutff needed. Oh 240sx convention was the money I was gonna set aside to go track the car last july at the national convention.

are you planning to use the internal Wategate on the z31 turbo? Can't remember, is the z31 turbo a water cooled T3?
If your going with bigger injectors, and an AFC then you don't need an RRFPR. also I've never seen an RRFPR for less than Vortech's for $120.. not saying it doesn't exsist, just never seen it.
I agree walbro is the way to go for fuel pump, and will be necessary with an rrfpr..
also don't forget your hoses, and fittings etc... they get expensive.. use good stuff, all SS lines, etc.
rrfpr will be good for 7psi max, apexi, and injectors should be good for 10-12 maybe more b/c you'll only be using a t3.
Have you had your engine compression checked? are you worried about engine heatlh? you'll need to do a full tuneup to make sure you have some security that basics parts don't cost you your engine.
good luck! <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/alien.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':alien:'>

z31 turbos are funny. There is one year that is not watercooled (85), and then the rest are watercooled.
Also... check ebay for most of that stuff... that's where I've stumbled across the $80 rrfprs.
