So I looked and couldn't find a comparison on the two, I'm planning on getting one of the two so how equal are the buddy club d1 spec and the tein type flex? Thanks for the help.

I'm sure the Flex's have softer springs (7/5? I don't remember... I know it's not 8/6). The BC's are not "high end" coilovers by any means, but I'm sure they perform as well as any other mass-produced unit from Japan.

Tein Flex are 7/7. Drift Spec stuff are usually have higher spring rates. Flexes are designed for overall driving.

i have flexs with 9k springs, and i still think they are way too soft, obviously due to dampener rates, but they are a good dd ride 4 sure.

8 and 6

Sucks.

Unelss you drive everywhere on R-Compounds, then they are awesome.

I wanted Tein Flex, but Since I NEED R-Comps I'm holding onto my StanceGR/KTS/WTF? coilovers for now, my hemroids just hurt when im bouncing down the road all day.

(whent from j30 to driving racey everyday so Im a pussy now)
