Thanks to the peeps in Technical and wek'sos who gave a few tips
Here's the box shot and a picture of some hella supertones that I never got to install:

NRG Short Hub:

The wheel:

Stock/OEM Wheel with airbag:

First thing I did was take apart the trim pieces around the steering column:

Next I pried off some clips on the back of the steering wheel which revealed the T50 screws which I had to spend $10 shipped for a special wrench :(

This allowed for the Airbag to pop right off and revealed the 19mm underneath:

After tugging on the steering for a few minutes and getting weird looks from neighbors seeing the car rocking back and forth, I realized I needed to go get a steering wheel puller... That did the trick and once the wheel was off, there was the SRS clock spring/ribbon thing underneath, which I took off:

Problem was, there's a wire connected to the SRS thing which then connects to the stock steering wheel's horn button. The new hub didn't have anything to connect to the horn with, so I had to make a tap. I stuck a wire into the left-most SRS connector socket and at the other end was a metal clip from a pen. The brass metal backing of the new hub makes contact with the pen clip, which creates the horn connection:

Things were going pretty smooth so far until I tried sticking on the steering wheel to the hub. The screws that were supplied were too long and I ended up stripping two of them, but luckily got them out... so I drove a few miles to a hardware store to get some shorter screws. Then these new screws were just slightly too long and I ended up stripping one of them badly, so I had to drill it out, and go back and get more screws. This somehow took a few hours when it should've taken a few minutes.

To much dismay, after I attached the steering wheel, I realized the center nut sticks too far out on the hub... and I couldn't mount my horn button. So all that work to get the horn work was for nothing... I'm thinking about getting a quick release in the future which should push the wheel out farther, and then allow me to put on the horn button. But this kind of counters the point of me getting a short hub since it'll stick the deep dish wheel out pretty far... oh well
