Dimensions of s14 center console

I need the demensions of the center 2 din panels. Where the radio goes. I'm looking to put a monitor in there and I need to know what size I should get. 7inch or 5.6inch

I don't have access to my car at the moment.
Any help or recomendations would be greatly appreciated!
