So, is there any company that anyone knows about that makes a smaller alternator pulley for the S13 sr?
my alternator works great but i have to rev up to 2000 rpm before i get good voltage upon start up
after that its fine until i come to a stop then the volts are low coming out of the alternator and the car dies.
any info on a smaller pulley would be great

Or you can just have the alternator rebuilt and add more windings to it...done and done...

i took it in with my other oem alternator and they said they both are fine. they put out great volts, just not at lower rpms

Then it seems that something else is the problem, there shouldn't be a need to make a smaller pulley, the OEM one does work fine with it. You should look into whats causing the issue.

i have made a few post about the voltage loss, or revs drop at stop sign.
i have had comments about changing my idle...when i adjust the idle to higher, it either goes to 1400 rpms or 750 rpms
then, once its changed, it stays the same for a short time then eventually goes back to 850-900 rpms
