I am looking at getting the 8.6:1 compression pistons from the '90 ka24e. The engine will be bored .020" over. If anybody who works at a dealer can post or email me these prices and part numbers I would really appreciate it. Also, if any of you can get discounts, that of course, is always helpfull. Let me know if you need more info.
thanks

Those two things probably won't work. If you get an overbore, you also need overbore pistons. The rings aren't designed to make up for that difference. So you have two choices:
1. align the bores and use stock KA24E pistons
2. overbore and get forged pistons
I'd go with option 2 just because of the added strength

actually I just found out that I am not going to run these pistons anymore, oops. Anyway, Eric, they are available in .000, .020, and .040 over that's mostly because when you hone the cylinders on a rebuild it makes them a little oversized.
so thanks to those who were looking, but you don't need to anymore
