depends on your application...
tein HE is stiffer than flex
for track use.. go with tein HE
for street/sport use.. go with flex

Better? what Bbandit said.

If you want to split the middle, get the HA's and a set of pillowball mounts.

Keep in mind the Flex has an anti-corrosion coating that the other Tein models don't have. Big plus if it's a daily driver.

HEY! tein HE have the rust proof material too, its not the same! i have HEs i know..i researched. they are coated as well. and use different color paint hehe..

anyways, take the flex. you can get up graded spring rates and you can use the EDFC if you'd like

HEs are pretty stiff for street use. but i go to tarck so it works out well. if you are a primarily street guy and dont go ot track at least 1-3 times a month dont wast your time. go flex. people i have spoken with who have them dont regret it. they like them a lot.

you dont want them where i got them: lost projects.
took 1.5 months instead of the 'one week' he said. yo uknow ian's story i dont need to lay it out

as far as now, tein HE isnt in the USA anymore, japan only so needs to be special ordered expect 2 month delivery time.

GO ZEAL. APEX. JIC. its just as good and BETTER (bigger shock diameter, rebuildable). JIC has rebuild facilities in the USA (so cali)

and i asked for a refund...
until today (its been 3 weeks) i havent recieve my refund...
