Logan...wheel question

Hope im not wasting your time, but i am ordering some te's late may, early june and was wondering how custom does rays do their colors, and if it takes even longer to get them if its a custom color, looking at 5x114.3 17x9+15 all around, face 3, or whatever the deep concave is

Here is the color im getting if they can do it
only way to describe it is calsonic blue i guess? i know people have diff. opinions on what blue means, so for ordering purposes for Rays, theyve got to know what calsonic blue means
