so im guessing everything should work just right as long as i use all kade stuff (kade tranny, throw out bearing, and clutch?) is this assumption is correct?

IIRC from the last time I swapped tranny's, everything is the same on the transmissions. The only thing you have to deal with is a sensor on the OBDII equipped cars, if you get a trans from one. Just remove that sensor and you're good. TOB and clutch will work just the same.

All 240 transmissions are almost exactly the same. The only difference is the switches. The DE s-13 and 14 trannies have both a 4th and 5th gear switch, while the SOHC trans has only one gear switch.

I love this silly shit.
There is no "OBD-II" transmission. The S14 models use a crank position sensor located in the bellhousing to monitor misfire, part of both the OBD-I and OBD-II systems found on the Schassis, they're no different either way.
The S13 DOHC transmission uses the 4th gear switch, and only that model. S14 and SOHC models only have the 5th gear switch.
And none of that matters of course, as I have typed this weekly for nearly a year now:
ALL 89-98 MANUAL TRANSMISSIONS ARE THE SAME.
I honestly don't see how people can still ask about transmission fitment if they've been on this board for more than 30 seconds before.
